Our Story
A grain of tradition.
A future of wellness.
Dharthi means "earth" — and that's exactly where our story begins. A women-led collective from Hyderabad on a mission to bring forgotten grains back to the modern plate. Incubated at IIMR, backed by the Central Government of India, APEDA registered.

Mission
To make ancient nutrition effortless.
We work directly with women farmers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — sourcing heirloom millets, processing them in clean small-batch facilities, and shipping ready-to-cook goodness to your door across India.
Vision
A millet on every Indian table by 2030.
We believe heritage food can be premium, convenient and joyful. Every pack supports a smallholder farmer, regenerates the soil, and feeds someone better — one millet at a time.

"I grew up watching my grandmother cook ragi and jowar with the same reverence others reserved for festival meals. When we started Dharthi Foods in Hyderabad, our goal was simple — bring those same grains, and that same reverence, to every modern kitchen. Being incubated at IIMR and receiving the Central Government grant told us India was ready for a millet renaissance."
